In late November 2020 I had the pleasure of taking part in Theatre West’s first ‘Zooming Ahead’ Playreading, reading the part of Ana in Alice Flynn’s exciting new project entitled ‘Water Feather Stone’.

This was a beautifully lyrical piece of writing, with magical and abstract elements weaved throughout, and I am really excited to see how the play develops as Ann and Alison from Theatre West work alongside playwright Alice and dramaturg Sharon Clark in the coming weeks and months to develop the project further.

It was also great to meet and work with talented actors Paul Mohan and Danann McAleer and have the chance to stretch my acting muscles again with a challenging and multi-faceted role, in spite of the limitations of lockdown life. Take a look at the smiley screenshot in Theatre West’s tweet below to see proof of how much we enjoyed ourselves…! :-)
